Life started in a small town in Akron, Ohio. Raised by his grandmother, Branden James has overcome a tremendous number of obstacles to be where he is today. From the humbling beginnings in Akron to the bright lights of the South, Branden has found a passion and love for real estate, business and personal credit, and entrepreneurship. Until the pandemic in 2020, Branden had worked 14 years at some of the largest Fortune 500 companies as a Risk/Project Management professional in Business Continuity, IT, and Mobility.

Branden thought his life would have consisted of a 9-5 job, with his career culminating as a VP of some corporation. However, always looking past the first right answer, Branden is now making a living by helping like-minded people take their life and finances to the next level.

Branden started learning about personal credit back in 2012, then began his real estate investment journey back in 2016 by renovating a home using a FHA 203K Loan. From there, Branden started hosting guests on Airbnb in this home using a shared house model. Renting one bedroom, eventually growing this into a great real estate business model. Long story short, nothing has ever come easy in his life, and six short years later, Branden owns over $3M in real estate and is still purchasing deals and rehabbing properties.

Now, his goal is to help other like-minded individuals fund their business dreams while learning about the importance of credit and leverage.

When Branden isn’t helping other entrepreneurs with their business goals, you can catch him meeting new people domestically and internationally, traveling with his family.
